Automotive welding line for Nissan

Automated welding line with a receiving and positioning table, designed to improve production flow for Nissan Altima components.

Sattech Engineering designed an automated welding line for the automotive industry as an additional project related to the Nissan Altima robotic cell. The solution included a receiving table used for accurate positioning of parts before the welding process begins.

According to the customer’s requirements, the line was designed with a double-stage setup to increase production speed and improve the overall workflow. This allowed one part of the process to be prepared while another stage was already in operation, reducing waiting time and supporting a more efficient manufacturing cycle.

The project was developed for Nissan USA and focused on reliable part positioning, faster handling and smoother integration into the existing production environment.
