Custom cooled device for an ice crushing and volumetric dosing, designed to prevent blockage and support adjustable dispensing.
Sattech Engineering designed a custom housing for a device intended to crush ice blocks and dose the crushed ice in controlled quantities. The solution required a strong and functional enclosure that could support the crushing mechanism, maintain suitable operating conditions and enable reliable dosing during use.
The housing was designed with integrated cooling to help preserve the ice and support stable operation. Inside the device, a rotary mechanism with free-moving blades was developed to crush the ice while reducing the risk of jamming or blockage during operation.
The dosing system was designed as a volumetric dispenser, allowing a defined quantity of crushed ice to be released. The dose can also be adjusted when needed, making the device suitable for different operating requirements and usage scenarios.
