Luxury service button enclosure
Sattech Engineering designed a custom enclosure for a luxury service button developed for OBEDIO, Germany. The device is intended for premium hospitality environments such as luxury yachts, restaurants, hotels and private service areas, where product appearance, material quality and user experience are just as important as mechanical functionality.
The enclosure design had to integrate a PCB with LED lights, a transparent lower housing section and a guided central button mechanism. The central button also included dedicated openings for the microphone and speaker, allowing the device to support clear audio interaction while keeping a clean and elegant external appearance.
Special attention was given to the overall product housing, internal component positioning and enclosure structure. The design needed to protect the electronics, support reliable button movement and create a refined visual impression suitable for high-end interiors.
Prototype versions of the enclosure were produced using solid walnut and plum wood, giving the device a warm, premium and natural look. The final concept combined custom electronics enclosure design, mechanical integration, transparent housing elements and luxury product styling for a demanding hospitality use case.
