Custom electronics enclosure for a home inspection device that measures indoor conditions before property purchase.

Sattech Engineering designed a custom enclosure for electronic components used in a home inspection device developed for HomeX, USA. The device is intended to help buyers evaluate a property before purchase by collecting environmental data inside the house.

The unit is placed in a room for several days, where it measures conditions such as humidity levels, light exposure, mold-related indicators, gases and potentially harmful air quality parameters. After the monitoring period, the collected data is uploaded to a computer for analysis.

This allows the user to identify possible hidden issues in the property before making a purchase decision. The enclosure was designed to protect the internal electronics, support practical use in indoor environments and provide a compact housing suitable for the device’s sensing and data collection functions.
