Aluminum Electronics Enclosure

Custom aluminum enclosure designed for brand identity, compact electronics integration and improved passive cooling.

Sattech Engineering designed a custom aluminum enclosure for Zerowaste, a Canadian company. The enclosure was developed according to the client’s requirements, with a form and visual style aligned with the company’s brand identity.

The housing was designed around the minimum dimensions required by the internal electronic components, ensuring a compact but functional layout. Special attention was given to the integration of heat sink elements directly into the enclosure body, helping improve passive cooling and protect the electronics during operation.

The final design combined practical mechanical constraints, thermal performance and product appearance, resulting in an aluminum housing ready for further production development.
