Dodola, AI plant sitter
Dodola is an AI-powered plant care device designed to help plants grow and stay healthy. Equipped with a high-resolution camera, soil moisture sensor, air humidity sensor, temperature sensor and mobile app connectivity, Dodola works as a full-time helper for indoor plants.
The device recognizes the plant, monitors its condition and uses sensor data, geolocation and weather information to provide the right amount of water at the right time. Even when the internet connection is temporarily unavailable, Dodola continues to use stored data and learned patterns to keep the plant safe.
Dodola also helps detect possible plant diseases. Its camera continuously monitors the plant, and when a potential issue is detected, the system can suggest treatment options and inform the user through the mobile app.
Through the app, users can receive real-time updates, track plant progress, check water levels, adjust watering plans, take photos and stay connected to their plants from anywhere. Dodola is also designed with sustainability in mind, using recycled plastic, recycled battery materials and integrated solar panels to reduce waste, save water and support more responsible plant care.
