Remote Diamond Inspection System

Sattech Engineering designed a remote diamond inspection system that allows buyers and experts to evaluate diamonds without the need for expensive travel. Instead of flying to another location to inspect or confirm a diamond, the client can send the inspection device to the buyer, who then connects it to the internet and performs the evaluation remotely.

The system enables precise movement of the diamond through a 4-axis mechanism, allowing the user to rotate and position the stone from different angles. A high-resolution camera with a Fuji industrial zoom lens captures detailed images, helping the user inspect the diamond surface, identify possible imperfections and make a more informed decision before accepting or negotiating the price.
