Frozen Meat Box Opening Line

Sattech Engineering designed an automated line for handling boxes with frozen meat according to the customer’s specification. The system transports each box to the central module, where a U-shaped knife cuts the strap connecting the box and the lid.

After cutting, the box is rotated using a pneumatic mechanism with vacuum holders, allowing the frozen meat to fall onto the conveyor belt. The empty box is then moved to the waste line, while the meat continues on a separate conveyor toward the processing line.
