Pulsed Water Jet Dental Cleaner

Oral care device with dual water jets, improved battery capacity and cartridge-based flavor options.
Sattech Engineering completed the mechanical design of a pulsed water jet dental cleaning device, including the pump system, valves and internal water flow components. The design was optimized to improve the timing and performance of water jets compared to standard devices.

The device features improved battery capacity and two water jet outputs, allowing both sides of the teeth to be cleaned more efficiently than with common single-jet solutions. A cartridge-based system was also designed, giving users the option to choose a flavor while cleaning their teeth.

Additional design changes were made to prepare the product for production, assembly and post-molding treatment of rubber surfaces, supporting a more practical and manufacturable final device.
